Are you a Life Changer?
Are you the kind of EA who always knows what’s coming next? Do you thrive on keeping busy leaders on track? Would you like your work to help change children’s lives?
If so, you’ll fit right in here.
Your role
You’ll work side by side with two of our senior leaders, the Chief Growth Officer and the Chief Clinical Officer. You’ll run their diaries, plan their meetings and drive things forward. With you in their corner, they can focus on the big picture.
You’ll also take the lead on our Birmingham office. You’ll make sure it’s a professional, well-run place where people do their best work.
What will your day look like?
No two days will be the same. You will:
- Manage busy diaries, meetings and travel
- Prepare agendas, papers, slides and letters
- Track actions and follow up, so nothing gets missed
- Be the confident first contact for leaders, the Board and partners
- Help plan leadership meetings and events
- Cover for the CEO’s EA when needed
- Run the office, from suppliers and meeting rooms to health and safety
- Look after visitors and get new starters set up
- Challenge old habits and find simpler, better ways of working
Is this you?
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have worked as an EA, PA or senior administrator for senior leaders
- Can juggle a packed diary and shifting priorities with ease
- Have managed an office, suppliers or facilities before
- Write clearly and know your way around Microsoft 365
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Stay calm, take ownership and make decisive calls
- Want your work to make a difference for children
Have you worked in a fast-growing, multi-site or regulated business? That’s a bonus, but it isn’t essential.
What’s in it for you?
- A competitive salary, with clear pay scales and room to grow
- Therapeutic training, which all our staff receive
- A health and wellbeing platform, with MediCash cashback on appointments and treatments
- Long-service awards at 2, 5 and 10 years
- Special recognition awards of up to £500
- A healthy work-life balance
