come in.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Admissions
Coordinator to manage our referral pipelines, keep momentum across
consultations, and ensure no opportunity is missed. This is a role for someone
who thrives on pace, loves systems and data, and takes pride in getting things
over the line.
This is a full-time hybrid role, working 40 hours per week, with travel to Compass Community Schools. The closing date is Friday 15th, with interviews scheduled for Monday 18th and Friday 22nd May.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the heart of our admissions process
coordinating activity, managing pipelines and working closely with parents, schools
and Local Authorities to turn consultations into an admission of a learner into
a Compass School.
- Managing
and progressing a high-volume pipeline of referrals and consultations
- Keeping
everything moving — chasing actions, removing blockers and driving pace
- Accurately
logging and tracking all activity within our CRM (Salesforce)
- Working
closely with Headteachers, Local Authorities and parents to coordinate
responses
- Producing
clear pipeline reports, highlighting risks, delays and opportunities

- Referrals
are progressed quickly, with minimal delays
- Strong,
well-managed pipelines with clear visibility at all times
- High
conversion of consultations into admissions
- Schools
are supported to achieve and sustain occupancy
- Data
is accurate, reliable and actionable
- Stakeholders
are responsive, aligned and well-coordinated
What we’re looking for
This isn’t a passive admin role we need someone who takes
ownership, drives activity and is comfortable working at pace.
- Strong
administrative experience in a fast-paced, target or process-driven
environment
- Experience
managing pipelines, workflows or case tracking
- Confident
using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a bonus)
- Able
to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive
and persistent — you’re not afraid to chase and challenge
- Comfortable
working to KPIs and delivering results
